Two decades ago life challenges brought me to explore Essential Oils.
It was after having my second son many years ago my health issues intensified 
and doctors didn't have any real answers. I had gone back to work and learned
 Reiki  from a co-worker which assisted my self-healing as well as connected me 
with a new purpose and vision.

I started integrating Essential Oils into my practice with children having sensory 
and mood issues.  Educating mothers about the values in shifting to a wellness 
chemical free lifestyle for optimum health was invaluable.
 We are undermining our health by not researching what is in the loosely regulated 
store products we put on our skin, in our mouths and cleaning products that we use
 in our homes.  I recommend to take the time to research your products.

How I Support My Health with Essential Oils in Winter
 Hi my oil friends!

Today I wanted to share some of my favorite Young Living products that support my body systems during the cold season.
I trust only YL  essential oils for their purity, safety, farms and testing.  
To pick your favorites it would be helpful to know which  of your body systems   need the most support .
My #1 is Ningxia Red, it is a whole-body nutrient  antioxidant infusion drink that supports overall health and wellness.
It contains Amino Acids , minerals,  wolfberries,  blueberries,  Aronia,  Cherry,  Pomegranate, plum and grape juices. Plus  it has Lemon, Orange, Yuzu and Tangerine essential oils. I drink it everyday to  support my healthy immune and digestive system!

#2 is InnerDefense which is an oil infused supplement.  It has Oregano essential oil , Lemongrass and Thieves blend
(which has in it Rosemary, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus and Clove essential oil).
 Its  a real powerhouse to support your respiratory and immune system for optimal health.
  I take that internally if I feel I need extra support when traveling or body is overly stressed.
#3 I love the Thieves throat lozenges and cough lozenges; great to have on hand during this season.
#4 Essential oils I have on hand to support my respiratory system with the dry heaters and cold air are:
 Peppermint, any of the Eucalyptus oils, Myrtle,  Raven and/or RC blend.
For immune support there are many to choose from such
as Thieves, Mountain Savory,  Oregano for starters.  I usually would dilute these oils.  
I love to diffuse the citrus oils to cleanse the air and boost my spirits during the seasonally shorter days.
These are a few of my go to products.
Oh I forgot one.... when I shovel snow I love to have Deep Relief roll-on for sore muscles.
 I layer peppermint with it over my sore muscles and joints  with a heat pack and all is well for the next storm.
